"The property was very nice and in a quiet location while being close to many restaurants and amenities. There is a nice walking trail across from the property. The front desk employee who checked us in was very sweet. The young lady that checked us out was less than friendly and didn't even say thank you! That being said we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet, clean and the breakfast was good. The price was very good too for an overnight stay. I would stay there again if in the area while...

"This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in…only positive wa the staff….condition of the room was terrible…the tv was very old and didn’t have a clear picture….AC was loud and didn’t work properly…i didn’t attempt to eat the breakfast because of the hotel/room conditions…i asked about a room change and a staff member told me basically they are all going n the same condition….missing tiles on the floor, unpainted walls….no stopper in bathroom sink which had a horrible smell…..the room...

"Clean comfortable and convenient. The staff was friendly, I could walk to the Starbucks and restaurants. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Great for this weary traveler."

"This hotel was OK for a quick overnight stay. The staff was super friendly. The main living space was clean. However, the bathroom was very dusty, the back of the door had gray finger markings on it and the blow drier was in poor condition. Since we only were staying over night, I just dealt with it. "

"We stayed here 1 night got a good night rest, the room was nice and clean but the smell was so bad so strong like ammonia. Is the smell coming from bathroom. Continental breakfast buffet setup was nice and great."

"Great value. Driving from Long Island to Florida, we make this hotel our stopover spot. The outside of the hotel looks a bit rundown, but the rooms are always immaculate. Nice, big screen TV, updated bathroom with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Excellent free breakfast and a friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of area restaurants and half the price of a Hampton Inn. A great value and perfect for our one night stay over. "

"Travelled extensively for 40 years, domestically and internationally; this is the second worst hotel I ever stayed in. Starts with check-in via kiosk with on-screen avatar; no humans in sight; room key issued like getting money from an ATM. Discovered hair dryer cord was cut in two and curtain was broken and would not close to block outside light. Went to front desk and had to go through kiosk's avatar to request a human being to help me. Eventually someone came out from back room and replaced...

"We loved the Hotel Florence! It was our 1st visit to Florence..everyone we met were very nice. Loved the Cru Wine & Tap located in Hotel. Also ate at Victor's in the hotel it was delicious. Walkable to other shops, restaurants & bars."
