"This is a 5-Star hotel across the board. From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We had a short tour of the property with the Reception Host upon check-in, showing off the highlights of the property. "The rooms open to the outside. The pillows are hard and lumpy. The wall AC is not consistent (pro tip... turn the fan on so it's always on.. not ideal but better than temp swings and noise in the night turning on and off). Shower curtain had rips in it and didn't cover the full length of the tub. Positive: it's a fairly good location. Spend just a little bit more and stay in a better place. This was a mistake for us."

"This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be...
