"We arrived after a long train journey and a visit to the V&A. The guy on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Very polite and knowledgeable. Had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. Crossed the street and straight up in the lift to the second floor. Our room was spotless with everything we needed. Teas,coffee,hairdryer and toiletries. The bed was really comfortable too.
When we checked out we asked the lady on reception to order us a taxi which she did for us.

"It is hard to rate this property because it is brand new and gorgeous with gorgeous views BUT as a new hotel a lot still needs to be sorted:
- I stayed for 3 nights, my toilet kept running loudly and they didn't have a maintenance person to fix it so the front desk person tried to fix it but couldn't and eventually gave me another upgraded room (nice). Then as staff were super busy with queries from other guests, they somehow lost track of where they had put me and only registered me in my new...

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

"Hotel was clean and quite updated, staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was a bit on the smaller side but very nicely laid out. The location is fantastic, tucked away on a side street away from the bustle of the main street, but a short stroll to the subway station, and well within walking distance of Kensington Palace and Royal Albert Hall."
