The staff were amazing, from the front desk staff to the staff at the restaurant - the brush and the staff who serviced the breakfast buffet on Saturday the 24th of January 26 and the front desk staff on the evening of the 23rd Jan 26… amazing women who were empathetic, kind and so lovely. The room service staff as well were fantastic. I stayed with my two kids and really enjoyed our stay. My son is autistic and I was nervous about spending a night away from home and the staff were wonderful. Even the staff on the door as we waited for our car, I would always comeback again and again. Thank you all again so much!

Positives: very modern and posh hotel. I enjoyed the elevators which have touchscreens for access. Rooms have power blackout curtains. There is good coffee and tea in the rooms. Negatives: the A/C makes creaking sounds when cooling or heating the room. The smoke detector flashes a bright light at night over the bed, let's you see the bed in complete darkness. Rooms have obstructed views of the city, depending if the decorative beams block your room or not.

Room was very clean. Good supply of spotless white towels. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch too. We had a great view from the 12th floor and despite staying on a Saturday, it was very quiet and we did not hear a thing so our sleep was undisturbed. The hotel is in an excellent location and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We had a slight issue at check-in because the hotel has a new IT system and if I hadn’t been extra vigilant I could have paid for our room twice, but it was quickly sorted. I did not detract from a great stay,
