The hotel is clean and modern and the staff are excellent. Particularly the gentleman who was in charge of the dining area. Very convenient for travelling into the city with Shepherds Bush Tube only 8 mins walk.

Our check -in process was great and the first room we were assigned was almost perfect except very,very cold. We received a portable heater which worked well but then some of the main lighting in the room suddenly went off. We had to switch rooms but the second room was not as clean and had other issues.

Hotel stuff friendly, allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel before checking time. Room was very tidy, clean and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the shopping centre and tube. Would recommend and stay again

Lovely hotel , very modern. Very clean , comfy beds. Elemis products in bathrooms. Breakfast was a let down, long wait for cups and the machine coffee was luke warm. Would stay again but not bother with breakfast
