"I was a guest at The Mole checking out on Monday, 2 February. When I returned home I realised that I had misplaced my stainless steel Rolex.
I spoke that evening to Steve Parfitt on reception who immediately checked the pool locker and kindly called me back to inform me that he had found it. Steve offered to meet me at the railway station some 15 miles away and I took the train down, and he was able to return my watch to me in person.

"Beautiful hotel. Our room was immaculate, clean, fresh and comfortable. Had the best night sleep.
Staff were super friendly and professional.
Breakfast was cooked and served quickly, food my hot and delicious. High quality food.
I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in this area again. Perfection "

"Good staff , clean hotel , dinner was good , with an added touch of a “birthday” complimentary dessert given to us . It was a nice touch .
The breakfast was average , not great nor below par . Excuse the pun … over all it was a very satisfactory stay . Thank you . "
