"check in was long and no signage to inform guests that you can self check in with the electronic kiosks, meal in the restaurant was horrible and refund provided, Mecure rooms are very noisy and hear everything and everyone in the walkways."

"I booked the family delux room - 1 queen bed and a single bed. I was expecting a newly renovated room. For the price I paid, the room paint was falling off, you have to leave the aircon on 24/7 so it's freezing cold in the room. The water pressure in the shower is non-existent, and the temperature of the water is freezing cold. The positives were the reception staff were lovely, the pools were empty on a sunday morning (although the water was a little cold), we always had fresh water bottles and...

"NICE clean furnished apartment. Comfortable, spacious with settee and two club chairs, kitchen table for four, desk and chair. Full refrigerator, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Everything was newer. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I booked through Expedia. Great value for the price.
Parap is a good safe location. Cafe's, chemist, shops within 2 blocks. Museums, botanical gardens, waterfront accessible by car. Darwin is not that big. If you stay in the CBD those tourist attractions...

"Property well presented and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Air con & ceiling fan were excellent
Minor gripes..TV remote was hopeless. Kitchen sink tap was installed badly with water control lever in wrong place making difficult to use. Otherwise a great few days"

"2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。
設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。
しかしながら、部屋 でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。
その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。"
