The rooms may be refurbished but the original aircon remains and is too loud to sleep (changed rooms twice - same issue). Rooms are not cleaned till late afternoon providing massive inconvenience when working. Room service menu extremely limited. Pool was closed for the week which was not advertised in advance. Terrible service in trying to get issues rectified.

Fabulous location within walking distance of good cafes, restaurants, shops and facilities. Rooms are clean and spacious and I appreciate that towels and linen wasn’t changed daily as I don’t like the waste when hotels do that. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great stay👍

Good location, shame about the drunk guests.

Nice hotel and excellent reception service from Chris, issue is the people hanging around outside in the evening who were drunk and noisy on our return from dinner on both nights. An unfortunate blight on an otherwise decent hotel. Location is also good for walks to the harbour and for a large range of restaurants.

The hotel is great! It's only the area outside the hotel you need to be careful. I'm a female solo traveller and was told by receptionist to not be out after 8pm as the area isn't safe

Quite good hotel with excellent service. Parking on site and close to shops and restaurants. Stayed a lot… starting to got a bit tored and no cable TV. Also no room service but restaurant will do take away and is pretty good.
