Overall a nice stay. Pros: Helpful and courteous staff, nice rooms, nice cool swimming pool, within easy walking distance of an excellent breakfast place (Laneway Coffee - seriously, excellent place). Cons: Not really close to or within easy walking distance of Darwin proper. Not too many meal options that are open all the time. Opposite a school so getting out and around during dropoff/pickup times can be slow.

Hi Charles and thank you for your review. Yes the nearby coffee is great! Did you try the "shortcut" walk to the Fannie Bay foreshore, Trailer Boat Club, Sailing Club etc.Also we now have a discount arrangement with the Parap Tavern.Thank you for stopping with us and we hope to see you again.

Loved the unit & complex. Clean & beautifully presented. Only issue not close to a convenience store apart from a fine foods shop across road which was very overpriced on basics.

Close to waterside park & central area but typical CBD edge: car rentals, scrappy shops, casino style eating, &c. Alright if you’re young, prob. and want to be close to the (somewhat seedy) action, but unattractive. Room had all amenities & was clean, but badly designed, pokey, and, for us, claustrophobic. Much better to stay in Parap or similar area.

Hi Mark.Your review refers to another hotel in Darwin where you would have stayed. We are actually in Parap (Hudson Parap) and not close to the waterside park, car rentals, etc etc and you stayed with us in the full 1BR apartment.Thus look forward to seeing you again at Hudson Parap.

Very convenient location across the road from shops and Parap market on Saturdays. Easy bus ride into the city. 5 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with adjoining studio - excellent, suited us very well.

After hours checkin took 4 phone calls in 2 weeks prior but our key was in drop box, very nice 3 bedroom apartment, beds comfy, air conditioning was on, but no milk to make cuppas

The room was spacious and well laid out. The kitchenette was perfect though while there was tea and coffee, there was no milk. The doors are quite noisy when they close even if you try to close them gently. This was disturbing late at night or early in the morning. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Thoroughly loved staying here! Apartments are all renovated, staff extremely friendly especially the housekeeping. Very clean and spacious, large comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice apartment hotel. There is a small but welcoming pool to use after a hot days sightseeing. Shops located across the road. Hotel is located about 5 minutes drive into Darwin. There is a regular bus service to use nearby.
