Outside of finding a used condom in my first room. The staff were super accommodating to me and my wife and even upgraded our room so that we can continue to enjoy our vacation. Me and my wife had an amazing time here.

This place was clean, and lots of space. The room was extremely comfortable. Was able to cook in the villa.. Handy for getting ubers if needed...as they could come right to your front door. Staff was polite and courteous. They went out of their way to get us in a room next door to other family ...
