My first stay at this hotel was excellent, which is why I decided to return; however, nothing was the same this time around. The rooms suffered from a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Customer service had declined somewhat, and there were far too few elevators for the resort's capacity.

Housekeeping didn't service our room the entire stay and when we sought them out they were out of towels. Even when fully stocked, day of arrival, they do not provide hand towels or a bath mat. The shower has 2 temperatures, cold and luke warm. The floors are gross and the room smelled of urine. ...
