"I loved the location, but I was unaware that it was going through a a massive renovation, talking terrible paint smells, up done carpet and dirty areas where we had to pass m. Could not use the stairs or the workout facility."

"This was our second time staying at this property. It is very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. We made use of the pool and hot tub and found both excellent. We didn't have breakfast, but there is one available. A very good value with an easy off the freeway location. We would highly recommend this for your stay in the Layton area."

"We were driving from Oregon and was looking forward to use of jacuzzi which was not working at the time, however we were able to go across the street to use neighboring hotel jacuzzi. Pillows not as comfortable, but after a long day of driving they made due. Friendly staff."

"Our room was quite large which was nice. The beds were pretty hard and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. I feel like this was a good hotel for the cost."

"There was nothing to like. The first room was disgusting. The microwave looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, and the fridge was the same. The bed covers had stains on them. The floors were filthy, like I am talking had not been vacuumed or washed in ages. Went to call the front desk to complain, and the phone was covered in dust and dirt and didn’t work. I went to the front desk. The lady at the front desk said she was the head of housekeeping, and she was going to move us to a room she had...

"Nothing fancy, but the check-in process was easy, they upgraded my room (which was very nice of them), the room I had was renovated & actually very nice! The outside/hallway of the hotel was a little dodgy but it was clean & comfortable & made simple!"

"I had an unexpected event to attend in Utah. This hotel was in the perfect spot to attend this event. It is also located near everything you need. Food. Walmart. Etc. There was no microwave or fridge in my room, but it was still a great stay. The staff was very patient and kind. They were very accomodating. The room was just what we needed for this short trip. We had a small dog with us, and everything was accomodating for our small dog. We will be staying there again."

"This property has been around a while, but it was secure, clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was ample and ready by 6AM. This is an economical hotel of good value for travelers. "

"The motel was so dirty! People were doing drugs and fighting through the entire night. It was so bad we left at 3am because we could not sleep with the people screaming and fighting in the hallway"
