The rooms are being redone but still have a few issues like the paint job is not the best. the sink stopper was not in our sink but the maintenance came right away to fix our issue so there the maintenance is right on it. It was a great stay, breakfast was plenty and will definately stay there again"

"The staff was excellent. However, overall property was ok to good. The rooms weren't SUPER clean and a furniture a bit worn. Counters and surface tops needed to be wiped down. Found a few small dead bugs. Had the room have been vacuumed better and wiped down they wouldn't have been there. I had the deluxe king studio and the couch had lots of stains on it. The desk chair had tears in it from wear and tear. Elevators and hallways could use a good cleaning and vacuuming. Although when I...

"Everything was great except for i asked for a room on the back side and was told they didn't have any available; however, i was the first car there and only ever saw 4 other vehicles the entire evening. I asked for a late check out but they would only give me 30 extra mins "

"I was definitely pleasantly surprised by the Regency Inn. My room was large, had a huge TV and “real” towels. Everything worked and I felt safe. It was close to restaurants and stores. My biggest surprise was how large and diverse their breakfast was. I have never seen that kind of spread from such a small motel. Very impressed and would absolutely stay there again. "

"The hotel started off fine until the middle of the night people were yelling and running up and down the hallway. We went into the hallway to go outside and you could smell weed all in the hall and in the elevator. When its a no smoking hotel. In the morning there was no breakfast included, which is advertised. The hot tub and pool were nowhere to be found. So if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay I don't recommend this hotel."
