Staff were helpful. Big issue is the room next to the reception having no windows other than frosted glass looking onto services which were very noisy when trying to sleep. I asked for a change of room but was told they were booked out. I booked months ago. Hmmmm.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very stylish and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and made us feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym is a bit small but it is good for a cardio workout and maintaining your routine while on holiday.
The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to tram and buses and you can explore Alicante very easily on foot as well.
We were able to leave our luggage in a locker before checking in and after checking out as well which was very convenient.
We highly recommend it. Thank you!

"Nice little hotel in the centre of Elche. 5-10mins walk to town square. Rooms relatively basic but meet all our needs and were clean. Bathrooms standard but the shower was really powerful which was great! Nice pool area we’re shading from palm trees, drinks reasonably priced."

"Stayed here for 1 night in a 2 bedroom apartment. Second stay here in a 2 year period and doesnt look like any in room maintenance has taken place. Spiders webs on the roof, Marks all over the wall, no kettle in the room, musty AC. For £220 per night, I would have expected a lot more than this place ..."
