"I want to say the staff at Douglas Inn and Suites was amazing. We accidentally left a full duffle bag with shoes a phone clothes and money in it. We didnt realize til we got home to Michigan. "Staff cared very little for the needs of the guest. The AC in our room sounded like a lawn mower. It kept cycling on and off and didn't even cool the room. We reported this to the front desk and got 0 assistance. In addition, our room was never serviced. When we checked in, there was no information provided indicating that our room wouldn't be cleaned. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. We come to the area several times a year to visit family, but will select another hotel next time. "
