"The place had a weird smell to it and a bunch of dead gnats on the ceiling of the room. The staff was difficult to deal with and they made multiple charges to my card days after leaving. I canceled my stay after being there less then 4 hours because of my over all experience. I regret choosing this location and i have called them many times about the charges yet more charges are showing up on my card. I ended up choosing another resort which exceeded my expectations and made up for this...

"Very nice and clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The only negative was that the rooms were not very soundproof and people talking in the hallway and tv in next room were loud and disturbing. I really enjoyed the morning coffee and outside sitting area and beautiful pool. The outdoor bar made excellent cocktails! Would stay here again."

"The room was clean but we did have an issue with the shower everytime we were in it we started sneezing and coughing and the symptoms only went away when we left the room but other then that it was pretty good we had a great view of the ocean we didn’t use the laundry room the pools were great and the staffs were pretty nice"

"The staff was extra accommodating after my son and I unfortunately got food poisoning. They were so kind and even offered to bring us ginger ale when I asked for extra towels. The customer service was excellent in helping us extend our stay. We would definitely book again for the price for the service alone."

"That place hasn't been updated since it was built!! Felt very unsafe for many reasons. First off, the window locks are broken so I had to wedge the windows for safety. There were pizza flyers stuck in the door and a note taped to the dresser warning about pizza flyers in the door! My keys didn't work and maintenance never came so I left to take my kids to dinner and an event and when we returned at 10:30pm, the keys still didn't work. The front desk called maintenance and then moved our room....

"When I booked the property I reserved a room with two queen"

"I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again."
