Wonderfully maintained property. Tommy and Lisa are superb hosts catering to the various needs of their guests. Clean comfortable rooms and always a unique extraordinary breakfast. Great location and would highly recommend them for your next visit in New Smyrna Beach

Good stay. Comfortable accommodations, a pleasant diversion from the over run beach condos we usually stay at. Delicious breakfast as well. Close to everything, at tentative host that went the extra mile to get up early to make us a hot breakfast to go as we had to check out very early.

This is a great alternative to a standard hotel stay. I was in New Smyrna Beach for business, and I enjoyed the different experience. Tommy's breakfasts were amazing, he accommodated my early morning schedule, and I enjoyed the stay for a different experience.

This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water.

Great place to stay.

Lyz and Tommy made our stay feel like home. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely cooked from the heart. The room was clean. The location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Wonderful owners and the people who stay there during our time there were also friendly. Thank you to Liz and Tommy. Lovely couple.

Hidden gem

The property was perfect for our stay. The food was fantastic! The room did get a little warm at night due to sharing a thermostat with other rooms but extra fans were provided to help. The room was good size and the bathroom was very large. Very clean property and friendly owners!

Charming Bed and Breakfast

Beautiful property. Walking distance to historic downtown. Very comfortable with several areas to sit outside and relax. Breakfast was homemade and delicious every morning. Even adjusted to our dietary needs. Housekeeping is only when you checkout and that was a little different for us. Also limited ice if that's important to you. Close to the beach, just over the causeway.Would definitely go back.

The Anchor Inn

The Anchor Inn is conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners are great, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The homemade breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the our stay and would certainly stay again.

It was clean & the hosts were welcoming. ☺️ The sheets were nice, but the bed was a bit rickety. And the shower head was awful, unfortunately. Overall though, it was a good stay. Breakfast was great!
