The room was very nice. The mattress felt like it was brand new and was one of the top 3 most comfortable hotel rooms I stayed in. The pillows were also very comfortable. The shower didn’t face enough water pressure. The hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed. I would definitely stay here again based off if the comfort of the room.

Bring roach spray. Don’t bring your swimsuits. Health department closed the pool due to the ongoing construction. Don’t plan on eating the advertised breakfast it does not exist. I feel sorry for the employees. They were great. I’d hate to be the one to tell the guests no pool or no breakfast. The least they could have done would have been to let the guests know the above issues. Booked through Expedia. They wanted to offer a 25 dollar refund. Not interested unfortunately.

Roaches mold, signs of bedbugs. Expedia didn’t help at all don’t pay for the insurance cause it’s not worth it. The Expedia customer service is horrible and the only girl that tried to help at the hotel. She couldn’t do anything because she was just a worker after three rooms full of roaches and mold, we went home. Expedia says there’s free breakfast and there’s a pool. There’s none of that the hotels under reservation. It’s not even the same name that’s on the sign

Room & property were clean. This hotel is undergoing a renovation & what has been completed is comfortable & updated. Our room & bathroom were updated & nicely decorated. Bed & bedding comfortable. Pictures had not been hung. Pool was closed which we wouldn’t have used anyway. Breakfast was good & food was filled in & fresh. Staff were efficient. Great location. We look forward to staying there again.

When we arrived the staff told us that the pool was no available and that the breakfast that was supposed to be included with our stay was not available also. Apparently Expedia failed to informed the customer that booked the rooms that their are certain things we could not use. Which I think that if these second hand vendors and/or what ever you are called should have the decency t I post these issues with in the booking listings.

Everything was perfect, except the breakfast, but there is a Panera a couple minutes away, so we went there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay – Excellent Staff & Clean Rooms! I had a wonderful experience at the Daytona Speedway Hotel. From start to finish, the front desk personnel were outstanding. In the past, I’ve experienced issues with double bookings at other properties, so I made it a point to follow up 30 days prior to arrival and again 24 hours before check-in. Each time, I was met with friendly, professional staff who were eager to assist and provide reassurance. Upon arrival, I initially thought I might be at the wrong location since the Holiday Inn signage has not yet been converted to Daytona Speedway Hotel. However, the staff kindly stepped outside and waved us in to ensure we had arrived at the correct place — such a thoughtful touch! Check-in was smooth and efficient. Our room was clean, fresh, and free of any odors or bugs, which is always appreciated. The property is currently undergoing renovations due to a merger, but this did not negatively impact our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is changing hands and aside from the construction materials everywhere - everything else has been left to just be used and abused. The breakfast was a very very sad affair. Would not recommend.
