The hotel is dated. Door to room had to be forced open and closed. No fan in bathroom. Difficulties getting water in shower to shut off. Walls do not insulate noise from other rooms or the hallway. Breakfast is packaged food. Orange juice came out clear. Nice location, but really not worth the price.

Great staff facility was falling apart and apparently a huge frat party broke all the doors at the facility so you had to slam the doors to get them shut… so slamming doors all day and all night great for relaxing

I have stayed at this Resort Confernce Center for about 6 or more years straight and it is not cheap. Mrs. Wanda the receptionist whwn i checked it was so nice and pleasant. Same as I had received years prior. From Friday morning walking in to speak with the receptionist i was not greeted with words but with 2 unprofessional ladies they had conversation amongst each other. And they just stared at me like I was interrupting. Still no greeting, no how may I help you. It was very uncomfortable. My telephone had no dial tone for me to call front desk to request towels and wash clothes. One of the ladies stated maintenace will be up to fix it. There was no 24 hour security as the resort had always provided for motorcycle safety which was not provided prior to booking. I check out a day early and when i entered 2 ladies wer sitting in the lobby like guest eating food, no one at the desk and i again received uncomfortable stares from both ladies like i didnt belong there. And this time I let it be known tbat this has been the worst stay ever at this resort that for 6 or more years had no issues with. No greeting, they remained eating no one at the desk to check me out VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They have completely lost me as a regular booking client during my future stays. I understand the new staff changes but they definitely need to train the ones they have in place now. I am very disappointed.

Room was disgustingly dirty, micro wave nasty dirty. Nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Asked for another room to check in and was given a keycard to another room which apparently was occupied and dead bolted. Never checked in. Manger was gonna give us a refund but we had to contact Expedia . First Expedia agent gave us the run around that that he couldn’t contact the hotel. Went to said hotel and they said they got no email or phone call. Called Expedia again, they got ahold of the manager. They finally gave in but screwed us for two days of the eight we booked. We never checked in. As far as I’m concerned someone stills us $500.00 dollars. Not happy with hotel or Expedia.

First the staff was very off putting, room key didn’t work and had to go back down to office where front desk obviously had no idea who I was after being there 3 times in less tha 6mins come to find out door key scanner battery wa dead, probably the reason why the room was left completely dirty, dirty side tables and the shower had a very VERY black dirty washcloth hanging on the shower head, kitchen table was nasty with sticky stuff all over it, floors were nasty and right before we left we noticed dried blood ALL over the bottom mattress cover, beds are completely uncomfortable and for $496 a night I expected way better, the door looked like it had been broken into also, it was so unkept and not cleaned it was one of the worst places I’ve ever been in, remind you after going back down the 4th time the lady didn’t recognize me AGAIN and then told me they would clean the room took our room keys and said she’ll find another room to put us and come back in 2hrs instead of sending someone up immediately to make it right, I’ve never been more dissatisfied in my life with one place, yes I have pictures of everything I’ve mentioned and then some

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The balcony looks and feels like it’s was about to cave in. We stayed on the 4th floor and each time we took the elevator and it got to the second floor it would make a weird noise and then shake a little bit. The bathroom sink was wobbly. The shower tiles were yellow and white. The hallways outside looked like a hurricane came through and chipped the paint away. The room had a terrible smell in it and it gave us a headache. The door was hard to lock. We had to jiggle it until the latch bolt was secure in the strike plate and then it would lock. There was also a gap in door and we could see outside through it. The safe was rusty. The remote to the tv had no back on it and the batteries kept falling out. One of the pillowcases looked like it had rust on it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Very Disappointing. Updates must be made. I almost hurt myself trying to push the door to my room open. Rust was everywhere. They sewage was coming from somewhere at the front door of checkin. This property was not appealing at all. This hotel was a last result.

Entire building was falling apart and old. Room smelled like mildew. Bathroom was dirty rust around pipes. Toilet disgusting piss around the bottom of toilet. Bath/shower was falling apart. Linens on bed had stains. No towels were provided. Had to buy Lysol, bed sheets and towels. AC unit barely worked. Door to room was malfunctioning. Had to slam to close and ram it to open. There were obvious criminal activity going on hotel grounds. NOTHING was clean!!! Exterior or interior. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

Expedia is cat fish the room hotel and pics yall have on the site dies not match . The motel it’s run down and filthy dirty and nasty I will never book through Expedia again and your call center sucks no help and they just don’t care I work for navy federal credit u ion and my whole company will hear about this abd the treatment I received just horrible i hate Expedia

Reserved the Omond Beach Suite... pics here do not reflect what we experienced. Upon arrival I noticed beat up legs on furrniture, refrigerator and microwave had visible rust. I was disappointed, yet thought I could deal with it. Minutes after our arrival, I noticed footprints on the floor. Upon closer inspection, realized the floor hadn't been mopped. Notified the front desk. They didn't have any house keeping on staff at that hour yet offered to send a maintenance guy to handle things. Went to dinner and came back... could tell the maintenance guy did run a mop over things, yet decided it needed another go. Decided to unpack and go to bed and noticed there were zero hangers in the room, yet the bed was clean and comfortable. The following morning I let the front desk know house keeping was needed and also needed hangers. After returning from breakfast, there were hangers on the outside doorknob. They were the wooden kind, yet the metal hooks were covered in rust. The room had been mopped again, still not totally clean... not certain the last time the floor had received a thorough mopping. My husband grabbed a bath towel and ended up mopping the floor himself. The outdoor furniture was pretty worn and dated... the view was gorgeous. Then later I noticed more white dust in the room... dropping off the curtains? Then it I realized it was some sort of peeling plaster or paint coming off the walls and ceiling. Checked out early and moved to a different hotel.

Let me start by saying the staff was wonderful! They were super friendly and super helpful. The place itself is very dingy and outdated. The elevator broke down at least twice during our stay. The room was spacious, but the sheets were dirty and the bathroom was sketchy. The view was beautiful and breathtaking. The tub had weird yellow tiles here and there and the drain was gaping and gross. The area surrounding the hotel is somewhat run down. Overall, it was just ok. I wouldn’t stay there again though.
