I love the location and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only issue was the cleanliness of the unit please look more and pay attention to detail the mount of hair that was left behind. Just take your time on the floors and TV please make them where you can steam or you have to bring your own equipment to steam. I had a great time and I would definitely book again. The front desk was amazing!!!!

I really can't believe I got a huge two bedroom condo with all those amenities for $180/night. I was actually somewhat concerned because it sooo cheap. But on arrival it was clean, as advertised - full kitchen 2 full bathrooms. Dining room living room 3 balconies. Beautiful pool that my kids lived in! Walked across the street and rented some kayaks. Outdoor rec room - huge gym! A great experience. These must have been condos at some point that they are now renting out.

Had a group of 21 people staying here and we were over all pleased . The host accommodated us into 2 buildings which was perfect as the kids could run from room to room and we felt safe letting them . Pool is great but the grounds need some serious work..like the miniature golf and rotten bridges. We did have a great time but the resort is old and needs to be upgraded a lot .

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Our 2 bedroom was an updated one and balcony overlooking property that was screened in which was so much appreciated. Lots to do on the property. Pretty clean all around. Would stay again.

This is the only place I'll stay in the Palm Coast area.... Just finished my 4 th stay. The property is older and very well kept. The pool, ping pong, pool table, work out room are available to all guests. Bring your bikes and kayaks for fun in nature Kitchen has the bare necessities to make a meal for 6. Blenders, toaster coffee pot. Small washer and dryers in each condo. I could literally live there.... I plan on returning soon

Staff was excellent. 2 bedroom Suite was super clean, kitchen was fully functional with all the necessary amenities. Weather did not cooperate, so we were not able to enjoy the many outdoor activities, but found local places to visit. Would definitely recommend this place and will return again.
