AMAZING spot! A hidden gem in NSB, walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful views. A quiet neighborhood feelings and the owners are wonderful. Great breakfast, sitting area and overall 10/10! Booked a second trip in 2 months to go back.

David and Natalie were most gracious and informative. I took my husband there for a birthday surprise destination and I was thrilled that it was so nice!!! We had treetop cocktails at Norwoods. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculate!!

The owners were very likable and made every effort to make my stay enjoyable. They are dog friendly and Gracie really loved all the attention. The breakfasts were yummy… homemade scones and muffins, quiche and cowboy scramble 😊 I would definitely stay there again if in New Smyrna

Weekend at the Night Swan

From the first moment you enter the Night Swan Inn you have a feeling you are about to have a special stay. The owners (David and Natalie) are welcoming and attentive to the guest needs. We had help getting our things to our room and settled in. The rooms are all different but are all are spotless. Breakfastis a high light. Natalie makes scones and zucchini bread from scratch as well as quiche,omelets, and eggs with crisp bacon. We missed out on a concert that took place in their garden, our loss.

A favorite place.

My stay was spectacular. Lots to do there and such a welcoming place to stay, not to mention delicious breakfast with great service. Loved sitting on their dock watching boaters and fishermen and diving pelicans. Also saw a couple dolphins. Wonderful hosts at Night Swan.

We were texted by the owner to keep the noise levels down. We were just talking at normal indoor levels. The walls are paper thin. A complaint came in from another room and instead of the owner investigating the issue, he just assumed that we were being too loud. Bottom line is that a room for rent should not have a “whisper only” policy. The thickness of the walls isn’t my problem and a reasonable person would not have texted somebody to keep it down when no yelling, stomping, or disruptive behavior is occurring.

Top $$ for attic crawl space

We paid over 250 per night for a crawl space attic made over into a bedroom. The actual ceiling was slopped downward over the bed so much so that I could not stand up straight to get in bed or to leave bed. I literally had to bend over to get in and out of bed. The entire staff is very friendly. In the end, they offered my a credit to return instead of discounting my current bill. I was disappointed as I have never paid top $$ for a room I could not stand straight up in. I have never stayed in BnB before and I perhaps should have looked into an extended stay or a something a bit cheaper. The reviews were amazing and yet my room was all the way to the roof of the house and I had to walk 3 to 4 flights of winding stairs to get to the room. The downstairs is set up like a beautiful living room and The whole things was very weird.

What a great little BNB we came across with the Night Swan! The host Dan was as hospitable and friendly as they come as he showed us to our room. The breakfast was a breakfast burrito and they knocked it out of the park. Superb! I would highly recommend you give the place a stay!

Wonderful bed & breakfast

Wonderful bed and breakfast. It has a great location and beautiful property. The breakfast was delicious! The couple who owned the place were very friendly and so sweet. We stayed in the live oak room and I would probably stay in a different room for our next stay. Unfortunately it was the only one available when we went. It was very clean and nice but we could hear other rooms from ours. Besides that it was a great place and we can’t wait to visit again.

I loved the location, the dock to watch the sunrise over the intercoastal, the breakfasts were great, the hosts were friendly, nice, attentive. Our room was a good size, with a sitting porch, there is a shared kitchen with all of the necessities. Would definitely go back
