Beautiful classic inn situated in a great area of New Smyrna Beach. Don’t miss the full breakfast included at a cute cafe next door. One note - bring a sound machine if a light sleeper - the walls are thin and until we cranked ours up we could hear entire conversations of our neighbors.

Very unique historical property. Service was very friendly, the room was small but clean. We would have liked a mini fridge but other than that, it was lovely. Breakfast was included at a nearby deli and it was fabulous. We also ate at the Riverside Grille on the property for dinner. Amazing!

This was a very clean hotel. The shower head was AMAZING! The room was small but enough room for what we needed. A complimentary breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe was a bonus. Plan on coming back and bringing my daughter and boyfriend who loves to fish! Great value.

Location is great. Walking distance to beach and shops and restaurants along Flagler Avenue. Rooms are small and dated. Hotel and pool need some love. AC works well. Nice toiletries in shower. No elevator. Breakfast (included) was good.
