First the staff was very off putting, room key didn’t work and had to go back down to office where front desk obviously had no idea who I was after being there 3 times in less tha 6mins come to find out door key scanner battery wa dead, probably the reason why the room was left completely dirty, ...

Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort
Paid for a King suite and was told upon arrival that that the rooms were sold "out of order", whatever that means, and was given a cabana room. Normally the cabanas are nice but the one we were in was the worst one. Just one big room with no cabana. They wouldn't move us to a good cabana room.
