Clean and updated property. Love the option of pool and beach. Quiet and lots of food options. Would definitely stay again.

What I did like about this property is that it had hot water. What I didn't like is the fact that I didn't have any front desk person in case something happens. The rooms need to be updated bad. Old and dusty.

The only good thing about this place was the AC. I reserved a room with two beds, because I have my two teenage daughters with me. The room reeked of Pine Sol, but there was dirt and cup rings all over the glass tabletop. The toilet paper wasn’t replaced and was left in the closet outside of the bathroom. The TV did not work. Despite all of this, we wanted to stay another night just to avoid the headache of moving to another hotel. They told me we would have to move rooms. I asked why, and that us staying in the room would save a cleaning for them, and they said the new guests would need two beds because there were three of them. I told them that we also needed two beds because we also had three guests. Embarrassed, they sent me to two different hotels. None of them could accommodate.

We were emailed and asked about our arrival time, which was 2 hours before check in and they made sure that our room was ready for us. I found it to be such a nice surprise. When we got to the room there was a wonderful keyless entry, we found the room to be very clean and charming. Loved the pool located right off the beach. The hardest thing was that you have to let the shower run about 3-5 minutes to get hot water, but when it did heat up it was awesome. We had plenty of towels. We were also pleased to find a full kitchen! The air worked great, never saw a big and the bed was very comfortable. I have to say this room was a hidden gem I'm so glad we found, right on the beach! Will recommend to friends and family. Can't wait to go again. Check out was easy. No desk just sent an email or text saying we left. Very accommodating for a late check out of 4 extra hours for $30, well worth it. 5 stars for this one!!

So upon arrival the room smelled nice. There was a aur wick plugin on max setting. We arrived at 4:00pm which is the start of check-in. Once the sun went down things took a drastic turn for the worse. Roaches litterally started crawllong up the walls once it was dark. Everywhere you looked you would see a roach or two. The were on the walls, the beds, the floor, the table. One literally ran across the front of the T.V. screen while it was on. The next day we went and got roach traps and placed them around the room, hoping that would help. It did nothing. There are no staff on site, everything is done remotely. There was noone in the front office and noone to help us with this. We were woken up to somekne banging on our door on Saturday morning. Apparently contracters were there to repair a different room and mistaked it for ours. With the extremly unsanitary conditins and everything else we couldnt take it anymore and ended our trip a day early. I would stay as far away from this place as possible.

I loved the price, ease of emailing management, the space was awesome, not most updated but I’d definitely stay there again!! Didn’t see staff ask if I needed anything but they were always working and training, definitely a vacation spot to snag before they run out of room!!

Quaint motel with great ocean views. Easy touchless check-in / checkout process. It's an older property and it's years of service are noticeable in minor details, but it is certainly well kept. We had a great stay and wanted to stay longer but they were fully booked.

Gritty floors wasn't the worst of it!

Just horrible, no hot water and no one cared either! Grungy, dirty chairs afraid would ruin my clothes so couldn't sit outside.

Do not stay here. No staff or housekeeping on site. Had to sleep with lights on due to German cockroaches crawling the walls and once I found one in refrigerator, I decided to contact them . Took 2 days to get an email response , also no toilet paper or clean towels delivered until post 24 hours from my initial email so I spent money on that at the store as well . No one will answer the phone or call you back. Would not issue trip refund; only offered the last two days even though I contacted them on day 2 of my 6 day /5 night stay. Ended up spending another $600 for a different hotel because it was jeepbeach week in Daytona and hard to find anything . This place is horrible!!’

I had a reservation for 3 nights and I just stayed one night and left. This place requires a huge update. The room I was placed has an old dark carpet that make the room scary. The bed “white” blankets are with Dark yellow spots looking dirty and the living area floor was dirty. The sofa is in fabric and believe me you don’t want to sit down there. They provide WiFi but it was just the name because it never works, at least in the cross street building. No parking available for the building you have to look around the street. This is not a good place if you are staying with children. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Beware, not as it appears in pictures!

I have never left a bad review on a hotel so please take this one into consideration. I thought we were getting an older hotel property that was clean. When we arrived the 2 chairs by the office had nylon webbing and it was completely ripped out with the awning having a large chunk missing. There were multiple chairs on the property that were the same way. The plastic patio chairs were either broken or so dirty that you couldn't sit in them. Grass wasn't mowed or trimmed. The grounds were terrible. This made us feel uneasy that if this was how they took care of the outside then how well did they take care of the inside of the rooms. The room appeared clean as far as sheets go. Closer inspection showed things were pretty dirty and falling apart. The location is great and the girl working was very nice but I would really spend a bit more for something better and not so unkept!
