"Bed bugs 🙅‍♂️ Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long. When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show. When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left. Luckily, the refund was processed by next day."

"Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower.
