"My husband and I had just recently relocated to Atlanta. We use the credit we earned with hotels.com to book a weekly rental by West home. What a disappointment! On 4 PM the time of our check-in, we received an email stating our unit was not ready because they were short staffed with cleaning and they would compensate us for the delay. "Nice clean and modern apartment located walking distance from a lot of resources. The communication was a little difficult with an elaborate app/website to navigate. Walls were a little thin, although noise levels weren't too bad. Trash smell was a little strong in and near the apartment."

"This place is beautiful, it was everything pictured and more. Jen was an extreme pleasure, easy to contact and available to readily address any concern. The only thing to mention is that the area is DARK, but we are in Georgia, so it comes with the territory. I enjoyed the amenities and would DEFINITELY stay again. My booking was for 4 nights in November. Thank you for everything Jen."
