"I do not like that you cannot co trol the thermostat in the room I am paying for. It was initially freezing and then it was so hot, we couldn't sleep. When I went to adjust the temperature, the thermostat stated you cannot modify the temperature it is being controlled by the front desk. We went to the bar at 7pm at asked for a cup of coffee. The bartender told us they only have coffee for breakfast. Meanwhile, a large beautiful coffee machine was sitting on the counter. Definitely better...
