It may have been because the elevators were taking too long but when I did that I came around to the front to go through the sliding doors that I had a note on there about them locking the doors between I guess 7 PM and 10 AM which makes no sense so I was having to wait for them to come to the doors to unlock up because my key card was not working on the scanner. "The front desk service wasn’t very good and definitely needs improvement. The elevator is extremely slow. The restaurant prices are outrageous way too expensive. Room cleanliness was okay. I do not recommend the hotel restaurant."
