Spacious & clean room, great views, courteous staff & wonderful location, gorgeous Art Deco restaurant.
The hotel is amazing but is showing its age. All the more reason to stay to keep this landmark alive!
Close to Great American Ballpark & all other downtown destinations. Easy parking for a good price.
I was frustrated that due to a major difference in price from Hilton.com that I called two days in advance & spoke to the front desk & they informed me as a Hilton Gold Honors member I could still receive my perks of a food & beverage credit. I verified with two staff onsite at check in they confirmed again that I would still get my F&B credit and they were happy to add my member number to the reservation.
My family was charged for an exceedingly expensive breakfast & then the credit was not applied.
I called up reconfirm with the hotel & they now said they could not honor the credit.
Overall great stay but disappointed by the way it ended on a negative note."
