Un peu déçu de notre chambre « Appartement «. Si la décoration de la chambre en elle même est sympa, la salle de bains a des allures de douches de gymnase. Le plus gros problème est qu’il n’y a pas de rideaux occultant sur la porte d’entrée donc bcp de jour au petit matin. Enfin il faut savoir que l’Appartement donne directement sur la rue en face d’un kebab donc assez bruyant. Il y a une grande baie vitrée mais il faut fermer les rideaux toute la journée sinon les gens voient directement dans la chambre. Je pense que l’hébergement convient plus à des amis venus faire la fête qu à une famille ou un couple

Séjour correct

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Chambre spacieuse et confortable mais équipée du strict minimum (pas de mouchoirs, de kits d’hygiène dans la salle de main, de téléphone pour joindre la réception…). Service quasi inexistant. Il faut demander à ce que le chambre soit nettoyée. N’ayant pas été informés de cela lors de notre arrivée, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée en rentrant le soir à l’hôtel. Petit-déjeuner correct mais mal organisé. Il manque très vite de denrées qui ne sont pas remplacées car les quantités prévues sont insuffisantes pour le nombre de clients. Pour le prix payé, les prestations ne sont pas au rendez-vous, dommage.

Nous avons rencontré un problème concernant le fait que l’appartement était un espace extérieur à l’hôtel donnant accès à la rue (non précisé dans l’annonce), j’ai des enfants en bas âge qui souhaitaient descendre dans le lobby, ils devaient sortir dans la rue…j’ai demandé une autre chambre on m’a proposé une chambre inférieur , sans aucun dédommagement. C’est regrettable et pas très professionnel. Il ne faut pas tromper les clients.
