"Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were excellent. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by the comfort of the rooms. We were traveling with a baseball team and had multiple rooms booked, and everyone had the same experience with the beds being extremely firm and uncomfortable.
