"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. An hour later, reception was checking in somebody else, so clearly exceptions were made for some, but not us. Didn't leave us with a good feeling. Location is not walking distance to any coffee shop (meaning 10 min walk or less). "The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, something for every taste. The swimming pool was sparkling and heated, although we didn't swim. The restaurant on premises was delightful and had a good choice of meals. I would stay there again."
