"Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. The front desk staff, both during the day and at night, do not provide the level of assistance expected. It appears that they lack the passion required for their roles."
