"This hotel is currently undergoing some much needed renovations. We originally booked because it had a pool and seperate bedrooms off the room suite. As soon as we started the check in process, we were informed that not only was the pool was closed for renovations, so was the gym, half of the 2nd floor and one of the stair fire exits. "We arrived late at night and were only staying until morning. The area is kinda sketchy and with people hanging out outside of their rooms drinking, smoking and carrying on loudly (after midnight),I seriously considered sleeping in my car. The room was “clean” but smelled AWFUL! The bed was hard as a rock and the bedding was as cheap as cheap can get. You get what you pay for, folks!"

"Roaches…Found one in my room; they sent maintenance up who just took it and left. The situation was dealt with horribly from the girl at the front desk Shelby, who refuse to contact the manager and left. I ended up contacting the police because Shelby refused to contact a manager and shut herself in the office There was also another customer at the desk complaining the manager ended up having to come in to deal with Customer concerns"

"They nailed the 1st impression with a clean facility inside and out. The lobby and other common areas did not have working air conditioning. The room was as expected. Unfortunately, the Television had no signal. The bar had a generous happy hour special. Room service was prompt and polite. I ordered prime rib for dinner. The quality of the meat was not on par with cuts had at Happy Hour. The kitchen was not a total loss as other items had at Happy Hour were fresh and delightful. I would stay...

"The room was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very kind. The only thing I didn't like was the street noise from the cars on the freeway."

"I was pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and had a refrigerator and a microwave, which is a plus.Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great. Lots of things really close… shopping, restaurants. I felt very safe."

"Overall it was a good stay. The hotel itself is a bit dated and is clearly not a Hilton or Marriott, but you sort to know that going into it. Most of the staff never acknowledge you when come and go to the property. A simple good morning, good afternoon, goodnight, or hello would go a long way. I'd stay here again."

"Perfect for business or personal travel, rooms are clean and staff is professional. Breakfast is NOT included so deciding an extra 10-12 for breakfast in house is worth it. Good choice for a Texans game and I recommend staying here but finding food elsewhere. There are lots of choices nearby."

"Front desk agent was incredibly rude. Luckily, the supervisor on duty was there. Wanted to charge $10 for parking. No prior notice. Also, booked for two nights. Couldn't make it first night, though already paid. Contacted front desk and explained delay. No issues... Supposedly. When I arrived on second night, they told me the reservation was canceled. Then charged me for full rate for second night, more than what was originally booked. Breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs, undercooked link...
