A really disappointing hotel. Despite booking a superior room, I was placed in annex room on the fourth floor which looked nothing like those publicised on the hotels.com website. The room was noisy due to being in the roof with wallpaper coming off the walls. Communal areas were also soulless and ...

Excellent accommodation in perfect location - in the heart of Naples historic quarter - great staff and service, very clean, lovely breakfast. Comfy beds. You can step away from the madness here and have some tranquility. Could not recommend enough. Will definitely stay next time in Naples 👍
