"Let me first say anyone who gave this property a 4 or a 5 must be getting paid. When we arrived they had cancelled our room. It was midnight. No other rooms were available but he magically came up with one. The room was old and dated. The sofa had embedded grime and grease on the arms. The carpet was old and filthy. Furniture looked like it came from a used thrift store. Bath tub was cracked. Didn’t want to sleep in the bed."

"First thing I noticed was the toilet seat was dirty as if it was not cleaned off at all. I always travel with sanitizing wipes and cleaned it off. The 4 pillows on my bed were soft, worned, and had an odor. They gave me different pillows and it was much better. Besides that, the bed was comfy and everything else was working. You can hear guests talking loud and slamming their doors."

"The staff was incredible, going above and beyond. I need to wash my son’s soccer uniform and there was an issue with the washer & dryer onsite. The staff let us use the hotel’s laundry and even delivered it to our room. They went way, way, way above expectations. To boot, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a Fairfield. Another plus was the room was clean and well supplied with towels, parking was great, and the common areas were very tidy. I would definately visit property...
