"Close enough to the action, but far enough away. Convenient location that allows you multiple choices for driving to Assateague in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and warm. Classic late 80s/90s beach vibe to the place which was exactly what I needed. The best sunsets, clean pool, and super cool hot tub room. I'll be back."

"Upon check in, the room looked clean and well appointed. Within an hour we started seeing ants! The front desk was told about the ants the next morning. We were gone the whole day and upon our return, our room had not been cleaned, trash taken out, extra toilet paper left, nor did we have clean towels. The front desk was called and everything was taken care of but the ants. We left early every morning and did not return until 4 or 5pm each afternoon. Same story. The front desk had to be called...

"Property is in an ideal location. Very clean. I was not a fan of the digital key, but there was an option to get a real key card.
Pool is lovely and the cleaning staff do a phenomenal job. We stayed for 6 nights. Considering what we paid, it would have been nice to be allowed one room refresh by housekeeping during the week, which I requested but was told no. I was told to walk to the office for toilet paper/towels, etc, which is fine but considering what we paid, stocking enough toilet paper...

"The "kitchen" was terrible! Stove, refrigerator and microwave were ALL scratched, rusty, paint peeling. Fridge seal was loose, moldy, and did not seal.
Inside of fridge was soaking wet from condensation.
Air conditioner was so dented it rattled every time it went on. Could not change the settings so we were cold whenever we were in the room.
Washer and dryer were all dirty ans beat up also. Staff had to take the linens to another location to clean them.
Walls had holes in them and places that...
