"The rooms were clean, and the A/C was cold. The bathroom had no vent, and the coffee had alot, and I mean alot, of grounds in it. But the staff was nice, breakfast was ok, and the fre chocolate xhip cookies was a cool thing!"

"Great location for our dog...our room was close to the side door for easy access to a large grassy area. Our pet-friendly room was clean and fresh smelling."

"It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower."

"All aspects of the North Reading, PA, hotel were outstanding except parking area could be a bit larger and the driveway into the facility had too many potholes!"

"Parking was easy, room was clean, and a very good breakfast. The shuttle service was the important feature that was very much appreciated. "

"Checking in took about 25 minutes because they couldn't initially find the second room reservation. The breakfast was underwhelming. The shower water was too hot even on the cold setting. Overall still a good place to stay though."

"I paid for a room with a king bed. When I arrived no king bed was available and the staff said the rooms with king beds weren’t cleaned. (It was 11pm) I was still charged the same amount"

"Property seemed more run down than when we stayed previously. Room had stale odor, noise level from a group of guests next door was disruptive . Front desk responded quickly to quiet them. Very heavy footed guests above. Breakfast sausage was not heated through, there was no bread. A disappointing stay and we will look for other accommodations going forward."

"My only complaint is that i didn’t see the emails with the door code, so when i went there, i knocked on the door and waited a bit - no one was at the property. Then for some reason i checked my email while i was waiting and saw the note with the code. It’s not a big deal, but confusing "

"No wifi, tv, coffee, breakfast, etc. Room was fairly clean, but needed to be updated. Great location for getting on and off I-78."
