"I needed to stay in the North PHX area for work meetings. The location was convenient and offered all of the things I needed in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, there was work area, the WiFi was solid and the coffee was good. Great value for a mid week work trip. "

"The hotel was good, except for our entire floor reeked so very bad like curry. I would have gave more stars for cleanliness but the smell becomes sickening with how strong and constant it is. There are people who are here from out of country who are clearly living in this hotel so it has become a little community for them there which made us uncomfortable like we were in their home. "Very nice neighborhood, nice house. Room was fine. Parking on street not my favorite, but was fine. Shared bathroom was a surprise--either I missed that fact, or Expedia wasn't clear. It turned out ok because all of the guests were great. However, the experience could be terrible with bad guests."

"I paid for a 2 bed and got 1. The whole facility was disgusting. I walked in the room and walked right back out. It was filthy. Didn't even stay there. Didn't feel safe to even go talk to anyone about it. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. "

"While it is not a huge hotel, it had all the amenities you would expect from a nicer establishment. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff came by daily to ask if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries.
The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast was great, the midday fresh popcorn was a nice touch, and the dinner offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the free coffee and soda available all day, as well as the three complimentary adult beverages provided...

"Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this...
