"We did the pre check in and it was super simple! When we got to the property the staff was smiling and helpful. All we needed to do was get our room keys! While the property is older it was very clean and seemed to be reasonably maintained. Our room had been updated with nice newer carpet and furniture. The only negative things I noticed were a worn part of the door frame (as if someone left their dog unattended) and the bathtub was stained... but even with that it was very clean and we had no...

"The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience."
