"I have stayed here a couple times now. The rooms are clean and the water is hot. The hotel is around a 5 minute walk to the end-of-the-line tram station. There are also busses available to get into Prague. As far as check-in, there is a note on the door that says to call a local phone number and they will let you in and give you the key. The check-in process was very fast.
I stayed for 3 nights. The amenities were a bottle of soap and a small towel. It is a basic hotel. Parking is free, which...

"Beautifully appointed rooms, Exceptional service. Housekeeping daily with robes, slippers, and bedside chocolates. Great location for walking to attractions. We stayed in the units in the nearby annex, which were incredibly quiet. The Restaurant Pod Vezi was so good we ate dinner there twice during our 5 day stay, using room charge for convenience. It is fine dining at its best. Make reservations to get best dining times. Our package also came with complimentary breakfast at that same...

"It was a lovely stay. The staff was so accommodating certainly going above and beyond. Breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast sweet was always different. I think the location was perfect, quiet but a few minutes away from old town square. Victoria was so welcoming, she was always giving little gifts to my daughter. My only knock is our room (306) sometime has an odor the comes out the vent. I would still stay here next time, maybe just a different room."
