This is a charming, delightful hotel directly on Del Mar Beach. They offered us a glass of sparkling rosé at check-in, there’s a 24 seven self-serve espresso and latte machine, they have reasonably priced beautiful croissants in the lobby along with other snacks and drinks to purchase. The room is stylish and very comfortable with multiple places to sit and a nice breezy feel. Poseidon restaurant right next-door was a great seafood option directly on the beach. The neighborhood is very nice. Parking is included in the adjacent parking lot with no additional charge. We had a wonderful stay!

We made a quick trip into town to go to the horse races, The hotel is close to the track and right on the water, The staff upgraded our room to an ocean view which was very nice. The rooms are comfortable and the place is steps to the water, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Worked perfect.

Being right next to the beach is a huge plus. The room itself was nothing special, but it was perfectly fine for our stay. Parking is probably the biggest challenge. When I first arrived around 4pm on weekday, I couldn’t find any available spaces in the hotel parking lot, and there were only a few street parking spots nearby. I ended up getting lucky and found a spot at the hotel. The staff did mention that if I couldn’t find one, they would cover the cost of street parking, although I’m not sure if they meant the full amount. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the location.

Place was amazing I would have stayed longer if I could. Being able to just sit and listen to waves was amazing. I feel like the no shower curtain was different liked it but wish I had a squeegee haha coffee was amazing and wine by the glass was just my vibe!!

The location is great. The rooms are somewhat remodeled, but you definitely need to bring a dehumidifier with you because everything in the room is wet, including all the bedding. The temperature really didn’t work. He had to keep it super cold to keep the humidity out of the air and the lights just shine right through the windows because their wood blinds and they don’t really shut tight so it’s pretty light in the room makes it hard to sleep. We ended up leaving early because we were getting no sleep. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the TV and everyone talking, but the location is amazing.

We stayed here for a family staycation. The location is fantastic. Right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and clean, and well appointed. The rooms have a mini refrigerator, safe, and keruig coffee machine. The hotel provides beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards to enjoy your time on the beach. The lobby offers wine that you can enjoy through a wine dispenser that you pay for when you checkout. The only negative I have are that the walls are thin so we could hear the guest upstairs and the train going by in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to consider. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again.

Wonderful quick stay on the beach. The rooms are recently updated, nice thick towels and fresh robes in the room. The only thing to be mindful of is it is flanked by parking lots and this will produce the occasional noise, and the water pressure in the shower is very low. I would stay here again, location, location, location!!

Was here for my husband’s 60th birthday. We stayed for one night only but we had a great experience overall. From check-in to check-out the next day, everything was seamless. We borrowed the boogie board for our teen son and he enjoyed the beach more with hubby. Very clean room with a comfy king bed and a good size sleeper sofa for our son. Adults got Rose for welcome drinks. Walkable to great restos and dessert places. Staff were very efficient and accommodating. Great location - beachfront hotel. Watch the sunset by their patio with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We would love to be back!
