"The trains come by every couple hours. Plan on not getting any sleep. Front desk treats third party customers differently. I’m a Hilton gold member and have never been told before I don’t qualify for gold member benefits because I booked with a third party. But the train noise is absolutely terrible."

"so, first night - no hot water - complained to the staff - they said boiler was broken - nothing they could do.
as I stayed there from 3/5-3/12 I noticed little bugs on the carpet - didn't think much of it on the second day... third day they started ecloding like crazy - complained to the staff, and they only managed to move me to another room the last night -Gross!!!!!! and refused to refund te last two nights!!! just unbelievably bad customer service & attention to guests."

"The hot tub was very warm and relaxing but did have a good bit of leaves and bugs it wasn’t dirty but could be freshened up. The room was clean and bed was comfortable but the blinds did have some small strange stains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful very nice receptionist working the front! 8/10 would stay again"
