"From the moment of check in the owner was rude and disrespectful the lights were blown in the bathroom the property is poorly managed there was no breakfast no coffee machine in the room the microwave was dirty and didn’t work the towels were disgusting luckily we had our own the ad for that location is very misleading I couldn’t wait to check out we left hours before check out"

"The hotel is undergoing some renovations so the lobby has no carpet. The hotel restaurant was closed for dinner despite it being listed as open leaving us with no dinner options. Staff was rude and dismissive. Room felt dirty and there were maintanence issues with the room. Check-out was good and morning staff was more pleasant than evening staff."

"Rooms were very dirty and ours smelled like cigarettes even now it was a nonsmoking room. Everything had multiple stains on it, chairs, bed, couch, floor, all gross"

"The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc."

"I loved this hotel…the only thing I disliked was that you could heard conversations in the next room as if they were sitting in front of you. VERY thin walls. The hot breakfast was wonderful with many options and they had a spacious and clean breakfast room. Bedding was also very comfortable."

"Shower was almost impossible to use, bedding was sub par,no elevator. Cleanliness doesn't seem like a priority. Apparently lots of truckers mixed with riff raff stay there, didn't feel exactly safe. Only positive was Raj at the front desk (late nught) very cheerful and helpful. Doubtful we'll be back. Way too much $ for sub par conditions"
