"The hallway and our room smelled like mildew. In our room, there was no toilet paper hanger (just a wrapped up roll on the counter) and no hand soap. The inside of the shower curtain was FILTHY with stains all over the inside. Everything (except the bedroom furniture, sheets, and towels) felt grungy and dingy. I will never return to this location and will be wary of future stays at other branches. What an embarrassment!!! However, the staff was amazing. But seriously, this plays needs major major renovations and better upkeep."

"Musty smelling, wires exposed, outlets were not holding chargers and only outlet that worked had a light switch on it and was high so hard to charge anything. Bathroom had dry wall cracking and holes about to form in ceiling. Spray foam under door frame in bathroom, left window tried falling out when opening. Pain chipped, holes in comforter. Stains on carpet. "

"Overall an excellent place to stay. The only thing that was suprising was that when I checked out the clerk said, "did you know there was a parking charge?" I was very surprised, as nothing had been said about parking when i checked in. Fortunately the clerk went ahead and removed that charge. Other than that, all went smoothly."

"Worst place ever, dont book. Rooms were not clean and we found hair on pillows and bedsheets. Looks like they did not wash them. "

"I had to call to get information about the airport shuttle. The staff was nice when I arrived. I was able to be checked in quickly and checked out quickly as well. cleaning service came regularly. It’s very obvious that the hotel was renovated. They worked very hard to keep it clean however the entire hotel especially the hallways has a cigarette smell."

"Our room was very dull smelling, AC unit did not work well, it never cooled down our room and made it feel very moist inside as well as turned off by itself randomly. Plenty of parking."
