"The “hotel” should be spelled by taking out the t and transposing the e and the l. Linens were filthy and when I took a shower, I had to wash the mud from the bottom of my feet that was picked up merely by walking in the room. There are absolutely no amenities and we couldn’t even get them to respond to a non-functioning tv remote. Could not check out fast enough."

"The location was convenient, stores all around. The Front desk person was not at the Front desk most of the times. You would have to call using a phone and then he would come to the front."

"Self parking was fine, need to get regular size pillows instead of using throw pillows, the water pressure could of been better, the balcony door handle was missing a screw and did not have a lock on it, i dont understand how charge for smoking in the room.and the hallways smelled like a box of cigarettes, the vending machine on the 4th floor didnt work and the one on the 6 floor took my money and spit out change after a few seconds. Only stayed for one night "

Crud, dirt in corners of old tile floors (replace). Needs a Bathfitters insert tub. It did have a big brand new TV $375 for 4 nights Under renovation old motel, MacIntosh Inn, to franchise chain Red Roof Inn. About 80% complete."

"We had booked a non-smoking room, but the room provided was not clean at all and smelled very bad, with a cigarette odor and other foul odors. The suite was extremely dirty and unsanitary. The sofa had multiple stains, and the kitchen floor was stained with dirty shoe prints. The entire suite was extremely unlivable and seemed hazardous to live in with my family. When we reported this to the staff, they said they did not have any other room. They tried to spray the room and gave us a Lysol spray...

"I wish I focused on the staff name plate for a shout out because they were amazing. after a 4hr flight I had no energy they recieved my little guys with water and a snack. Very kind and helpful.breakfast was great too something for everyone. Mom is super picky and she loved the hospitality. The room was so welcoming you really feel like youre VIP. Not sure who is the coordinator or the one to review but you deserve a promotion the service was on point!!!"
