"When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price."

"This hotel, I would not recommend to friends or family, spider webb, Marijuana smells from rear thru lobby, & parking lot..I had horrible room, smells and dust, with other guests eye lashes left behind, not cleaned. Over all just Horrible!!!!!!"

"Rooms are like no matter how many times they clean it and you did smell the cleaning products. Rooms are dark and in None inviting. But okay for quick pit stop before you take your flight out . Or your a trucker that needs a little rest"

"so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

"I’m going to be honest, the property is a slob, rooms smelled like cigarette smoke and were not clean. The room was rented for 4 people and they only provided 2 towels to shower with. The room was listed as “comes with mini fridge”. No mini fridge was in the room. Another bad thing about it that annoyed me was that I booked this INN due to it stating that it had free shuttle bus that takes you too and from the airport. Once I arrived to the airport I called the office and they stated “we stopped...

"This property was terrific! We were there for the sad event of a funeral, so for only one night, but it was clean, convenient, good breakfast options, friendly staff -- everything. (Made a difficult trip a little easier.)"
