"We had a wonderful stay. We were welcomed by a very kind and friendly couple who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautiful and has a very interesting history that made our stay even more special. Roland, the owner, personally gave us a tour of the property and shared fascinating stories about the house. "Old smells people hanging outside and inside hallways doors on side anyone can just walk in without keys scary. Elevators extremely slow .fireworks going off.rooms need renovation bad .No one helps you no phone in rooms old appliances broken tv refrigerator no controls warm homeless people all behind on side of property not happy at all had to change rooms so tired I gave up left early never again I was trying to get a refund"

"From the moment of check in the owner was rude and disrespectful the lights were blown in the bathroom the property is poorly managed there was no breakfast no coffee machine in the room the microwave was dirty and didn’t work the towels were disgusting luckily we had our own the ad for that location is very misleading I couldn’t wait to check out we left hours before check out"

"Staff screwed me over by cancelling my 3 night stay because I had to check in virtually the first night due to complications…and would not refund my money. Contacted hotel, Expedia, and hotel parent company all refused to help receive a refund. I purchased trip insurance and this doesn’t qualify apparently. I had to book another hotel last minute and cost another $400 plus the money they refuse to refund."
