"The airport shuttle was the best part about the stay. We booked this room a month or two ago (king bed) but got a double full size bed room, and our toilet bowl was missing the seat and seat cover! "I don’t know how this hotel is still in business. Dirty, no staff, many briken things in room, dirty bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper and no staff to call after 9 pm or before 9 am. Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation.
