"The bar had a good selection. We just found that overall the staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The rooms are very nice to shower was good, but the bar staff that we encountered and the front desk seemed less than friendly."

"The room I reserved was described as 1 King, 1 Queen. The room I was given was 2 Queens. I brought this up to the staff on duty (Mark) who tried to find a room that matched my reservation. There was none. Mark said he would message his manager to request a refund for the difference in price between a deluxe 2 bedroom (that I reserved) and a standard (that they gave me). All the hotel offered was a $20 refund. The manager waited until my family checked out and left before attempting to reach out...

"Comfy and quiet"

"Worst customer service ever, they cleaned up our room and removed our stuff and recycled even though we didn't check out and were locked out of our room. The worst answer from front desk with no shame or regret of this actions and made us wait to recover our clothing's and baggage delaying our ongoing trip."

"I found multiple hairs on the bed and the bedsheet had a burn mark. The toilet was also not cleaned properly and sometimes does not flush."

"Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money…."

"Pros: Room is a good size and location for the rate. Plenty of food and drink options steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend both tattooed mom and momoka for lunch and dinner. Both are 1-2mins walk away. Room was clean and came with bottled water and a small snack. A little bit of street noise but they provide a white noise machine and ear plugs. Cons: Check in was complicated. You have to check in online and upload pictures of your id ahead of time. There is no front desk to talk to....

"I had a nice 1-night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t have time for the buffet breakfast but it smelled good!"

"This was a quick overnight trip. The hotel location was central to many neighboring tourist attractions and businesses. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable. If I have to travel that way again, I would certainly stay again."
