"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this.
Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups.
Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed).
Check in also took over 20 minutes, which considering we checked...

"On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily.
Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again.
Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate.
We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...
